Football boots question ?

Hey,





I just wanted to ask a few questions about football boots whilst playing.





1). How tight shall i tie them (because im always having to untie as i do them to tight) and should i rap the lace around the underneath ?





2). And how can i prevent getting blisters while playing football ?

1. you should tie them so they are still comfortable to wear but not to lose they will fall off





2. the main way to prevent blisters is the wear in the boots before playing a 90minute match or so try wearing them and run in them.

I would tie my Football Boot laces in whatever way is best - in regard to how tight, but also what looks "in" like Trainer laces. Sorry I know very little about blisters to answer your question - apart from suggesting a plaster.
