Are the new mercurial vapor IV orange boots worth it?

I am confused about the new Nike Mercurial Vapor (SL) SG Orange Peel and the Nike Mercurial Vapor IV SG Orange Peel. Basically they are the same type boot but their is a few noticable differences.

1. The studs are different, one is made of only carbon fibre weighing 210grams. These cost £189(250 euro)

2. The second type are cheaper at £120(175 euro). They are made of carbon fibre and fibre. They are 230 grams. I have two links to each one.

I just want advice on what people who know football boots think: I was thinking the expensive boots would be better or would they be too light? Thanks

Are the new mercurial vapor IV orange boots worth it?
First of all thats the best site for boots i buy all my boots from there but i go for the Puma V1 SG boots. these are super light and the most comfortable things i have ever worn not toy sure about the new red and white V1. 08..

Anyway to answer your question it all depends on what kind of player you are these Boots like the Puma V1 are built for speed i use these because my main atribute is my pace so a light boot is whats best for me.. If you are the kind of player that goes in on crunching tackles and gets stuck in you will not want these kinds of boots because your feet will get rippped to ****.. they are light becasue they are thin so getting stamped on hurts (Trust ME) , but its purley up to you, but dont buy these boots just because the famous players wear them. If you are quick and like light wieght boots i would go for these they are excellent..

Reply:£180 or £120, its all relative, how much are they going to improve your game, how much do you earn in a week ?

i personally have played the game in state of the art boots and wellington boots, if you are rubbish you will stay rubbish, but if you can play, you could put a sock on your head, and there will only a slight difference.

if you can afford them and its important to you go for it, one more time football boots are NOT about making a fashion statement,

multi-millionaire ponces like ronaldo have lost the plot when it comes to this subject !
Reply:I think that you should get the normal ones , the SL may be lighter but I think unless your a pro you don't need it.

the main purposes of the boot is to help you run faster with the ball and to the ball if you consider your self as a speed player then by Vapors.

And hahah you cant have footy boots that are to light :P

Puma V1.08 are also good but they look uncomfortable :S ?
