BOOTS ARE DIFFERENT LIKE THAT. SOME ARE WIDER, SOME ARE SKINNIER. YOU NEED TO RESEARCH.

Reply:I never buy shoes online from a store I never bought before. So If I see boots on sale on a JC Penny's website, I will buy them because I know the size is the same as I buy them in the store.





And no, boots are not smaller than sneakers...actually boots might be smaller; but it all depends on th emake and brand
