Should I Wear cowboy boots to work?

I'm a blue collar worker(male late 20's) and I have a pair of Dingo work cowboy boots I want to start wearing to work(trying to get the guts to do it), I think they would be better then sneakers(safer and more durable) but I do, do alot of standing. Anyone else here wear cowboy boots to work?

Should I Wear cowboy boots to work?
if you do alot of standing i wouldnt wear them, think it would be uncomfortable after a while.

Reply:I wear cowgirl boots all the time---I wear Ariat brand. After you break your pair in, they are much more comfortable than tennis shoes any day.

I like wearing my boots, as we can't wear sneakers at my work.

Mostly on my back.


The only time I'm on my feet is on the street corner.
Reply:we can't wear open toed shoes to work, so i wear my justin ropers............every day!!!! :)

Reply:My husband does every day, it really depends on what line of work you are in and the dress codes for the job you are at.
Reply:If they are broken in then they will be fine. I have a pair and they are sooo comfy! I see lots of people wearing cowboy boots to work in.





If you never get up the balls to wear the boots, you can invest in some steel toe sneakers, they're about $30 at walmart and really comfy, thats all my boyfriend wears.
Reply:Try wearing them on your day off and see how they feel. Sometimes boots need time to break in before they're comfortable for all day wear. Also, its always good to leave a pair of comfy sneakers at work just in case.
