What kind of boots are good? and why cant i use regular boots? and what is better about snowboarding boots rather than regular boots?Also, if you can, please give tips, im a beginner.

Reply:yeah coz otherwise ur feet will come out of the bindings... nd they need to be pretty tight so ur heels dont lift....
Reply:i would recommend the k2 raider boa because they use a metal wire and tightening system. regular boots wont work because on the lift if your at a park you have to hold the board up with the boot and trust me the strings will snap
Reply:snowboard boots r much stiffer than regular boots which helps u turn brand rly doesnt matter but u do need em
as for tips dont go over ur skill level but also dont b afraid to move up, also keep ur knees bent weight on ur back leg n stay relaxed
Reply:it depends wether you are serious about snowboarding or not. if its just your first time don't go and waste your money if you might not like it. if you love snowboarding and don't no if you should the answer is YES!! snowboard boots make it soo much more easier because they actually fit in the bindings.
Reply:You need specific boots b/c of the flex they give. As for tips- try to align your shoulders to your bindings and stay relaxed.
